"An evening of music & song to nourish our souls."
Next date coming soon...
Step into a space of connection, expression, and brotherhood through the power of song — set in the intimate warmth of a Banya (wood-fired sauna).
This is a sacred gathering where men come together to explore their voices, harmonize, and create a resonance that fosters both personal and collective evolution, all while immersed in the soothing embrace of heat and steam.
Come as you are — no singing experience required.
If you feel called, bring a song to share with the group.
"When we sing, we pray twice."

Being in the Banya with my brothers is a profound experience in itself, but singing in the Men’s Song Circle took it to another level. It connected me deeply to my inner self and those around me, serving as a powerful reminder of our shared humanity. This gathering linked us to our ancestors and filled us with a sense of purpose and meaning. The experience was truly transformative, grounding, and deeply enriching.
It’s important to note that I’m a terrible singer, but that didn’t matter. In this circle, I felt the freedom to sing without judgment from myself or others, connecting with fellow men in a way I never had before.

We are all co-facilitators for this event. Together, we create a safe container to express joy and strength, honoring the unique essence of each voice while building a harmonious collective sound.
The unique setting amplifies the experience, encouraging participants to relax into the true nature of who they are, and fully embody the moment. The Banya becomes a sanctuary where chants, heart-opening melodies, and grounding rhythms rise with the steam, creating an atmosphere of deep connection and transformation.
Whether you’re a practiced singer or a novice, this experience is not about performance but about presence, vulnerability, and celebration. If you come with an open mind and allow yourself to be carried by the song, the song will arise through you.

Singing circles are an ancient, cross-cultural practice that foster healing and community through the power of song. They offer an inclusive and non-judgmental space for us to come together, to connect to both our ancestors and descendants, and to experience a powerful reminder of our shared humanity.
Singing circles require no prior experience or musical talent, as every individual has a unique voice that serves as an instrument to raise the vibration of both the individual and the collective.
Singing quiets the mind, opens the heart, and taps into the soul, creating a powerful and transcendent experience for all who participate.

It’s self-soothing and yet requires bravery. By connecting with other men with different backgrounds and experiences, you learn that you’re not alone, that our challenges and aspirations are similar.
You gain confidence and recharge your energy. You connect with nature, with your body, with the heat inside you. You sweat it out, stomp your feet to the beat of the drum, you co-create a ceremony, a ritual of rebirth and empowerment…. but you also have fun and laugh, and let the physical and existential tiredness leave your body. You get to let out a big exhale. Ahhhh.....
It’s a safe place to be yourself, to show up as you are, it’s a cozy home where everyone around you is your brother.

My story begins on Sakhalin Island in the Russian Far East — closer to Japan than Moscow. Surrounded by wild, untamed nature, I unknowingly began my path toward becoming a MovNat - Natural Movement guide. As a child, I climbed trees, leapt across boulders, and spent my days in free exploration. One of the surprising gifts of growing up in a communist region was that sports and physical activities were freely available to all. I trained in everything from shooting to gymnastics.
Even as a teenager, I found myself encouraging friends to swap alcohol and cigarettes for movement and play. I loved inspiring others to feel more alive in their bodies. At 18, my family immigrated to Israel, where I discovered a deeper passion — not just for training the body, but for teaching others how to become stronger, more resilient, and more connected to their essence.
And yet… something still felt incomplete.
The missing piece was spirituality — a deeper connection that brought meaning to movement and life itself.
After completing Kinesiology in 2003, I began a journey into the mind-body-spirit connection through yoga. Over the past two decades, I’ve evolved an integrative approach that weaves together Functional Movement, Breathwork, and Coaching.
In my sessions, I invite people into a space of self-sensing and embodied awareness — a practice that reconnects them with their own inner intelligence. This awareness becomes a compass they can carry into every part of life.
As a coach, therapist, and guide, I’ve had the honor of supporting individuals through a wide range of health conditions, transitions, and transformations.
I truly believe that each of us carries a sacred gift — and I’d be honored to help you reconnect with yours… and share it with the world.
