For this Breath Cultivation & Insight Meditation session, I invite you to reflect on questions to get the most out of your journey.
'What do I want to create in my life?' and
'Who do I need to BE to bring that into life?'
Through the practices of breathwork and meditation, you will be guided to go deeper into these questions and receive the answers that may arise."

"I am at a crossroads in my life and I have received guidance in my meditations. The breathwork brought clarity and confirmation of that guidance. I wouldn’t say that I have changed, only that the path is clearer."

Breath Cultivation & Insight Meditation
Breath Cultivation has a natural power to quiet our minds and bring us into a state of groundedness. As we become more and more focussed on the unwavering reality of breath, we can naturally descend into the silence of our soul — where fresh and original thought becomes accessible.
In this grounded space, Insight Meditation welcomes us to connect to our inherent wisdom, authentic power, and invaluable guidance. When we come home to our true nature, we can discover the answers that already lie within us.
Relax into your power: all that you seek is already within you

"Through meditation and breathwork, I've learned to embrace a slower pace, quieting the once frenzied thoughts that drove me to constantly chase tasks and objectives. As a result, greater clarity has surfaced in my life so I can now make sharper distinctions between options that create a better life for myself and those I serve."

My story begins on Sakhalin Island in the Russian Far East — closer to Japan than Moscow. Surrounded by wild, untamed nature, I unknowingly began my path toward becoming a MovNat - Natural Movement guide. As a child, I climbed trees, leapt across boulders, and spent my days in free exploration. One of the surprising gifts of growing up in a communist region was that sports and physical activities were freely available to all. I trained in everything from shooting to gymnastics.
Even as a teenager, I found myself encouraging friends to swap alcohol and cigarettes for movement and play. I loved inspiring others to feel more alive in their bodies. At 18, my family immigrated to Israel, where I discovered a deeper passion — not just for training the body, but for teaching others how to become stronger, more resilient, and more connected to their essence.
And yet… something still felt incomplete.
The missing piece was spirituality — a deeper connection that brought meaning to movement and life itself.
After completing Kinesiology in 2003, I began a journey into the mind-body-spirit connection through yoga. Over the past two decades, I’ve evolved an integrative approach that weaves together Functional Movement, Breathwork, and Coaching.
In my sessions, I invite people into a space of self-sensing and embodied awareness — a practice that reconnects them with their own inner intelligence. This awareness becomes a compass they can carry into every part of life.
As a coach, therapist, and guide, I’ve had the honor of supporting individuals through a wide range of health conditions, transitions, and transformations.
I truly believe that each of us carries a sacred gift — and I’d be honored to help you reconnect with yours… and share it with the world.
