A bi-weekly series to help you retune to your natural state of listening, reconnect with your True Nature and allow healing.

Wednesdays: October 9th, October 23rd, & November 6th

This event is intimate and reserved for 10 spiritual souls.

  • Listen

  • Connect

  • Heal

We live in a very noisy world with many distractions, which makes it hard to hear the quiet voice inside that’s been guiding our life all along.

This 4-session bi-weekly series is an invitation to sit together in a supportive environment, surrounded by the beauty of Mother Nature, and reconnect with a deep sense of listening and the Source of the quiet voice.

From this place of At Home Presence, whatever it is that’s arising in our life and has been a source of suffering is allowed to come forward so it can be made conscious, healed, and liberated for our sake, our family’s sake, and for the sake of all humanity.

Each session will include: guided or silent meditation, talk or gentle movement, and a sharing circle.

Every person has the potential to tap into their innate inner wisdom, let Source lead the way to fulfillment, and heal their whole Being.

A Message from Your Facilitators

In our explorations, we’ve discovered that this practice is the most direct and practical way to find stability and Peace.

With all that's happening in our lives and in the world today, it's easy to question: "How do we support ourselves and how do we support each other in these complex times?" Maybe times have always been complex, but it certainly seems to feel more tangible today.

You may have read or heard phrases like 'I am not my thoughts,' 'I am not what I think about myself,' and 'The world is not what I think about it.' There is something more fundamental to my Being, and your Being, and everyone's Being. When we sit with that, there's a great sense of Peace and Harmony, even with all of life's challenges.

It's not that the practice makes everything that's happening okay - because there certainly is sorrow and pain. What is being offered is not to avoid or deny that reality - it's to explore together what is true, what is actually happening beyond our conditioning.

We have two intentions in offering this series to the community: We need this for ourselves, in our lives; and we need this for the community.

The mind can be a distraction. It creates problems and then solves the problems, and then creates more problems and solves those, and so on. It is so full of opinions, that it creates busywork for us. In relationships, we try to solve problems through thinking and dialogue, and often find that it doesn't work or we keep having the same conversations. One mind's opinions are trying to reach another mind's opinions, and ultimately it's impossible.

With this series, we discover that we have a choice to shift our attention out of the narrative of the mind to something that’s more True in this moment; like our breath, sensations in the body, feelings, or to something even more fundamental - to the open awareness, to the totality of our Being. This is where we are interconnected, this is where we are “One,” in our direct knowing of our Being. Here we can join each other and feel that interconnectedness without our opinions and judgements.

With light, of course, there is shadow. When we shine a light on ourselves, wounds are brought up from within our shadow and present an opportunity. We have the privilege, individually and as a collective, to shine the light of our awareness on the shadow that is arising, and ultimately realise that at the core of our Being we are Light - luminous, shimmering Light. This is more True then anything our minds imagine about ourselves.

We feel honoured to dive deep into this exploration with people who feel called to look deeper into the nature of our Being.

We are interested in what it would it be like to sit with people and navigate together through life like that. What's great about this practice is it's not for just the "special ones." It was thought once that enlightenment was only for the "special ones," but that may be the grossest thought there is. Enlightenment is for everybody. This practice is the most sane way we've found to come back to our nature; in fact, we believe this is what sanity is.

Peace, harmony, a feeling of home, and groundedness - we can explore this together through a direct experience. Then life begins to live itself through you, rather than you struggling to live life and having a constant need to figure stuff out.

Allow Source to lead, and be in awe.

Over a decade ago I was diagnosed with a very debilitating disease which, in reality, was a catalyst for my spiritual growth and awakening.

Over the years, in pursuit of healing, I became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and completed Reiki (Level 1) training. I also completed Soul Coach training, Yoga Teacher Training, and participated in numerous Healing Circles, where I saw the powerful impact of being a part of a community of like-minded people.

Through meditation and yoga practice I’ve learned how to nurture my connection with the universal intelligence within me and have seen how it can gently guide us towards harmony and healing. All these experiences have led me to greater understanding, physical healing, and a greater sense of well-being in many other areas of my life.

As I continue adding tools to my toolbox, I feel privileged and happy to be of service by sharing what I have learned with our community.

Genya’s specialty is in helping clients to slow down and connect with sources of high intelligence to solve complex business and life challenges. His unique approach blends Soul Coaching and Transformative Breathwork.

My calling is to encourage men to choose the way they want to live. I feel deeply that we each bring unique and important gifts to this world. I would love to share my gifts with you and inspire you to share yours with humanity.

My story starts on Sakhalin island in the Russian Far East, closer to Japan than Moscow. I have been very lucky to be surrounded by gorgeous nature where I was evolving as a future MovNat coach. I was climbing trees and doing gymnastics on huge boulders as a kid. And the best part of growing up in the communist region was to have any access to sports activity for FREE!!! So I’ve been trained in a wide variety of sport styles, from shooting to gymnastics.

When I was young I was always fascinated to bring my friends along with me to try sports and stop drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes. Later, when I was 18, my family moved to Israel where I discovered my deep passion for teaching clients how to make their bodies stronger and more resilient. But I always felt that there was something missing. Spirituality is what connected my fitness experience with what I teach today.

After completing Kinesiology in 2003, I set out on a journey to discover the mind-body-spirit benefits of yoga. Combining the knowledge of experience gained in the past 25 years, I offer a highly integrative approach by fusing elements from Functional Movement, Breathwork, and Soul Coaching.
