I believe that everything that's happening to each of us - every problem, obstacle, and challenge - is part of a contract of human experience that we chose before our Soul arrived here.

Sometimes I wish that certain things had been different. Yet I feel deeply that thoughts like those are ego trying to take over. So I am here in the middle, dancing with both ideas.

Doubts, insecurities, uncertainty, and feelings of instability, are real, valid, and understandable perspectives and concerns, especially right now. It is okay if you are feeling this way, and you are not alone.

At the same time, I believe every challenge is an opportunity to grow. It can be very uncomfortable to feel that things are 'off,' while also acknowledging that challenges are teachings in disguise. Yet there will always be challenges; and there will always be opportunity for growth. The push and pull, yin and yang, to resist and let go, is the dance we are all in.

I want all of us to remember:

• It’s absolutely possible for us to embrace doubts about ourselves and the world, and to experience peace and clarity at any time, even in the middle of very challenging moments.
• It’s totally possible for us to create even greater shifts in our lives and in this world.
• Our possibilities are truly endless.

I feel openness and exploration can be a portal to deeper clarity, allowing all of us to quiet the mind so we can drop into the silent chambers of our Souls, allowing original thought and powerful insight to serve our mission on this beautiful planet.
